Human Resources Assurance Group The Human Resources Assurance Group provides results based consulting services that are grounded in over 25 years of hands-on, real world experience in the manufacturing and hospitality industries. We can:

- Perform a Comprehensive HR Check-Up. The HR Check-Up is a fully comprehensive guided HR Audit to help identify areas of excellence and those needing attention. The resulting executive summary report can then be used for future goal setting, strategic planning and budget justification. - Develop and deliver solutions to challenges or projects you have already identified. (As examples: Handbook updates, job description review and re-writes, hiring, performance management and termination processes, leadership training, benefits planning and contract negotiations, etc.)

- Be your HR Director on call - For smaller organizations with limited financial resources and corporate support, we provide on-going HR support. This service can start at as little as $75 per month for select service hotels and $150 per month for full service hotels and resorts. This service is provided on monthly retainer, and is customized based on your needs. Some clients just want to know there is an expert they can call for a sounding board when those daily “fires” pop up. Others desire more involvement as a resource for their leadership teams with employee issues or leadership development. And still others prefer to have a presence on property on a periodic basis for managers and staff – much like an HR Manager or Director would function. We also provide support for new and growing HR Managers as they develop their skills and expertise.
